In addition to being one of the most harvested variety in the world, Sauvignon Blanc is regarded as one of the finest white grape varieties of French origin. Its name means "wild" because of the very unmistakable flavors and aromas of herbs. Delicate and "smooth as a golden sword," as Pablo Neruda describes this variety, Sauvignon Blanc is our 2013 vintage.
It has a bright and clear almost transparent yellow color with green tones.
Typically perfumed, with intense and fresh aromas. It is a combination of tropical fruit, citrus such as pink grapefruit and a touch of rue and grass.
It is a clearly recognizable young wine, with balanced flavors. It has a good acidity. It is smooth but with great persistence and a long, smooth finish.
